An online form builder for data that has to be right the first time: drag questions in, add the rules that keep answers valid, and preview the form exactly as people will see it.
Short and long text, whole and decimal numbers, yes/no, single and multiple choice, date, time and date-time, email, phone, URL, currency, percentage, rating scales, GPS location, photo, file and signature — plus sections and repeat groups for questions asked more than once.
Show, require or validate a question based on earlier answers, built in a visual condition editor. Set minimums and maximums, lengths, patterns and your own error message. The same rules are checked on the device and again on the server.
Drag questions from the field library and reorder them, or move them with the keyboard. Undo and redo any change, and preview the form on desktop, tablet and mobile before it goes live.
Import an existing XLSForm from ODK, KoboToolbox or SurveyCTO — you see a preview first, with anything that could not be carried over listed by sheet, row and column — and download any form back as XLSForm.
