If your team builds forms in XLSForm for ODK or KoboToolbox, AkilIQ Collect can import them, collect offline, and send every submission into a data platform built to clean, combine, monitor and publish it.
Import XLSForm workbooks from ODK, KoboToolbox or SurveyCTO. Choices, labels in each language, groups, repeats and relevant, required and constraint rules are carried over. You see a preview first, with anything that could not be carried over listed by sheet, row and column, and you can download any form back as XLSForm.
Calculations, notes, audio, barcode and line or area geometry, 'or other' choices, nested repeats, pulldata and choice filters are not supported today. Submissions already collected in ODK or KoboToolbox are not imported; AkilIQ collects new data with the imported form.
Collectors use an installable web app on any phone or tablet — no app store — that saves work on the device and syncs automatically when they are back online.
Every submission lands in an AkilIQ dataset, where you can join it with other sources in versioned pipelines, watch it for anomalies, chart it in report boards, and publish it through a secure REST API.
